The Car Connection Reviews 2017 Dodge Charger

A new review of the 2017 Dodge Charger in The Car Connection commends it as a great large family sedan with the heart of a muscle car. With multiple trim levels and engine options, the Charger can be customized to suit a range of driving tastes and/or needs.

The Charger SE and SXT feature a 3.6-liter V6 engine that delivers 292 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque - and manages an impressive 30 mpg highway. Only the V6 offers the choice of rear- or all-wheel drive. Meanwhile, the V8 is available at three heat levels. The R/T has a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 that makes 370 horsepower and 395 pound-feet of torque. Next, the R/T Scat Pack and SRT 392 have a 6.4-liter V8 that makes 485 horsepower. The 5.7 liter gets from 0-60 mph in the mid 4.0-second range. Finally, and most over the top, the Charger SRT Hellcat, which is exactly what the name implies. The Hellcat's 6.2-liter supercharged V8 cranks out 707 horsepower and gets from 0-60 mph in just 3.7 seconds.
