Responsibilities - Finance Manager:

• Establish and reach monthly finance and insurance manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks

• Assess whether car buyers need financing and payment options before presenting them with appropriate auto finance plans

• Maintain the highest ethical standards serving as a finance director and/or manager who is committed to a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)

• Support the auto sales manager during each vehicle purchase and leverage opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs

• Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions 

• Manage inventory of finance department supplies, including bank, state, and auto dealership forms

Qualifications/Requirements - Finance Manager:

• Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record mandatory 

• Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customers

• Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency needed 

• AFIP Certification considered a plus

Benson Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM is looking to add an Internet Specialist / BDC Agent to our team. This role is arranged as a convenience for prospective customers who are researching vehicles, pricing and availability in the digital marketplace. Business Development Center Consultants assist in streamlining the entire research-purchase-ownership process of our prospect's next vehicle.

The primary focus is being the prospect's first friendly, memorable and outgoing Benson CDJR contact point before the initial showroom visit and then the primary goal becomes cultivating/coordinating appointments with them. The main objective of the position is to encourage bringing new business prospects into the show room which can lead to increasing sales opportunities, growth and eventually client retention for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, provide information on vehicle inventory, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • All appointments must be entered into the dealership customer management system
  • Maintain product knowledge certification and be able to articulate thorough knowledge and understanding of products
  • Document all communication with the customer in the customer management system
  • Follow all dealership processes and procedures, high frequency of contact with customers
  • Assist with various duties at the dealership

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must arrive on time and be prompt to all shifts. Must remember to clock in and out for shifts and all breaks
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled working hours
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and motivation to be successful
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
  • Advanced computer and phone skills
  • Appointment setting experience a plus
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Various language proficiency is always a plus
  • Team player
  • Self-starter, manages time and conditions
  • Conducts themselves professionally at all times and works well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Maintain valid Drivers License
