Our new service facility is located across the street from our former service department at 415 W Wade Hampton Blvd in Greer, SC 29650. The dealership entrance is on your immediate right as you turn onto Memorial Drive off Wade Hampton Blvd. Once you are in the parking lot the service facility is on the left.Â
There are 3 service drive entrance doors. The first door on the right is dedicated for routine oil change services (Express Lane). These services consist of a routine oil change and tire rotation. Please pull your vehicle into the service drive as far forward as possible. At the current time, we encourage every customer to drop off their vehicle whenever possible.Â
The center door is dedicated for all of your other service needs. When you pull in, a lot attendant or service advisor, will greet you promptly and begin the process of checking in your vehicle. Please keep in mind that your appointment date and time is to meet with your advisor for check in. During the check in process your service advisor will check and confirm all of your contact information and preferred contact method. We can text, call, email, or any combination of the three. We will get your vehicle into the shop as soon as possible and keep you informed of our progress to repair or service your vehicle.
